Prior to the sale, the parcel was approved for the future development of a 339,500 square-foot warehouse. The sale successfully closed on July 22, 2016, in a $5.9 million transaction. The deal was brokered on behalf of Genesis Investment Properties by Jerry Fennelly of NAI Fennelly in Hamilton. First American Title Insurance Company in Denver, Colorado, provided the title work.
